A wide, shallow serving bowl in high-fired porcelain. Two broad strokes of black slip run down the interior, brushed on quickly enough that the bristles show, and a matte white glaze softens them toward blue-gray. With only that much decoration, what you notice is the sweep of the form and the width of the rim.
