Repeating Metal Bracelet

The bracelet laid flat, a tight column of discs stacked face to face along its length.

The bracelet worn, the discs fanning slightly apart around the curve of the wrist.

African wooden and silver beads alternate with copper discs, strung face to face so the whole bracelet becomes a single stacked column. Around the curve of the wrist the discs fan apart and the silver ones flash out of the darker run. Simple to build, and satisfyingly heavy in the hand.
